Content Policy

Welcome to Norse Horse Of Course. To keep our community safe and enjoyable, all user-generated content (including photos and captions) must follow this policy. By uploading content, you agree to these rules and to our enforcement process.

1) Allowed formats & safety practices
Allowed image formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP. (No SVG or animated formats.)
We automatically strip EXIF metadata and may downscale large images for safety and performance.
We apply rate limits and storage quotas to protect the community.
2) Prohibited content
CSAM (child sexual abuse material) or any sexualized content involving minors. Zero tolerance (see Enforcement).
Nudity or sexual content not suitable for a general audience.
Graphic violence or gore.
Harassment, threats, hate symbols, or content intended to intimidate.
Illegal activity, instructions for harm, or promotion of self-harm.
Doxxing or sharing others’ personal data without consent.
Spam, scams, deceptive promotions, or malware.
Copyright-infringing or trademark-violating material you don’t have rights to share.
3) Privacy & safety
We remove embedded metadata where possible and may store uploads on separate infrastructure for added security.
We log limited technical data (e.g., IP address and user agent) to prevent abuse and support moderation.
Public galleries show only approved content. Users may see their own pending/flagged uploads with badges.
4) Moderation workflow
New or untrusted accounts’ uploads may be reviewed before becoming public.
Community reports help us prioritize review. 3 unique reports will auto-flag an image for moderator attention.
Trusted and admin accounts may be auto-approved but are still subject to this policy.
5) Reporting content
If you encounter content that violates this policy, please use the “Report” button next to the image or email us at kgstew96@gmail.com. We review reports in a timely manner.

Emergency or imminent harm: If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
6) Enforcement ladder

Note: We may also preserve and disclose information as required by law or to protect users, our services, or others.

7) Appeals
If you believe we removed your content in error, contact us at kgstew96@gmail.com. Include your username, the image ID/URL, and a brief explanation. We aim to review appeals promptly.

8) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We’ll post updates here and adjust the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Norse Horse Of Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
